SHIPPING COSTS
We offer Standard Shipping for $9.95, and Express Shipping for $14.95 anywhere in Australia. We also offer Free Standard Shipping on any orders over $199.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For our customers in New Zealand we offer international shipping for $24.95 AUD. The average delivery time advised by Australia Post is 7-10 business days.
We are unfortunately unable to ship to the United States at this time.
For all other international customers we offer International Shipping for $29.95 AUD with an approximate delivery time of 10-12 business days depending on the destination country.
DISPATCH & DELIVERY INFORMATION
We strive to dispatch your Sweet Charlotte Studio order the same day if ordered before 11am AEST. Any orders placed over a weekend or on a public holiday will be dispatched within 1-2 business days.
For all deliveries we use Australia Post. The estimated delivery time for Express delivery in metropolitan areas in Australia is 1-2 business days, and the estimated delivery time for rural or remote areas is 3-5 business days.
Standard delivery will typically be a few days more, but still quite fast in Metro areas.
Please note that there may be delays to these estimated shipping times during busy periods.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number.
DELAYED & LOST IN TRANSIT
Please follow the link below for any orders that are delayed or you think have been lost in transit.
Please note that while we will do everything we can to resolve an issue with delivery on your behalf, Sweet Charlotte Studio will not issue a refund on item/s that are not received or are lost in transit, this is beyond our control.
