This High Tea slip is made from a buttery paper cotton in a cream and black polka dot pattern. The skirt portion is double lined with a paper cotton bodice. Our High Tea style is made to work as a skirt would, made with a built in spaghetti strap cami for a seamless look under any of our tops!
